Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions securely and efficiently.
Issue receipts, refunds, or change as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and front-of-house area
Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously
Assist in packaging take-away orders and coordinating with kitchen staff
Monitor and restock items at the counter (e.g., napkins, straws, condiments).
Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
Requirements:
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred (restaurant/retail background is a plus).
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
