This role combines frontline cashiering duties with customer service and operational support. You will be the first point of contact for internal drivers, customers and salesman handling and receive payments. At the same time, you will assist in administrative or operational tasks such as order processing, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cashiering & Payment Handling
Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately
Receive payment by cash, online transfer and cheque from customers, drivers and Salesman
Issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly.
Ensure daily cash balancing and prepare end of day reports.
Maintain accuracy and accountability in all financial transactions.
Customer Service (Operations)
Assist in order processing, billing and documentation.
Coordinate with operations/warehouse/ other departments for smooth customer service.
Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
What we're looking for
Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a cashier, customer service officer, or similar role is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of cash handling, POS systems, and payment methods (cash, card, e-wallet)
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
Pleasant personally with strong customer service orientation.
Able to wok under pressure, handle complaints, and multitask.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility in handling cash.
