Gadek Nursery, based in Melaka and Cheras, is a nursery that offers a variety of high-quality trees, including ornamental, flowering, and fruit trees. We also provide planting advice to customers and plant enthusiasts. We are currently looking for an efficient, fit, and energetic

Cashier Cum Live Host

to help fulfil our customers' orders.

Perform assigned tasks as directed by the employer/superior. Manage customer transactions using the cash register. Operate the Xilnex system (item list, pricing, etc.). Scan goods and ensure accurate pricing. Collect payments, including cash, credit, or debit. Issue refunds as needed. Cross-sell products and introduce new items to customers. Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information or solutions. Greet customers upon entry and departure from the nursery. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Bag or box items for customers. Host live sessions to engage customers, promote products, and enhance their in-store experience.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using live streaming platforms and social media to engage with customers. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve complaints effectively. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, especially when managing transactions and inventory. Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
