QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

Minimum SPM or equivalent. Prior experience as a cashier or in retail operations is an advantage. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia Basic numerical skills and attention to detail. Honest, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Cashiering & Customer Service

+ Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
+ Process cash, credit/debit card, e-wallet, and voucher transactions accurately.
+ Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as per company policies.
+ Maintain proper cash handling practices and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
+ Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier counter and surrounding area.

Operational Support

+ Assist in replenishing merchandise at the cashier counter area.
+ Support daily outlet operations as directed by the shop in-charge.
+ Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.

Stock & Inventory

+ Participate in scheduled stock count exercises (daily, weekly, monthly, or annual as required).
+ Assist in verifying physical stock against system records.
+ Report stock discrepancies or damages to the shop in-charge.
+ Ensure accuracy and accountability during the stock take process.
