Greet customers politely and professionally
Accurately handle cash and card transactions
Issue receipts, refunds, or change when required
Ensure pricing is correct and apply any event-specific discounts
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
Follow event guidelines, safety, and cash-handling procedures
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
Work cooperatively with other event staff and vendors
Report any issues (technical, customer, or inventory) to supervisors
