ACCOUNTABILITY \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for all payment transactions, operating the scanners, scales, cash registers, and any other electronics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Greet customers, answer their questions, helping them to locate items, and providing advice or recommendations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure customer purchase quota (custom policy) are complied. \xe2\x80\xa2 Accept payments and return the correct change due as necessary for cash payments, processing refunds and exchanges, and ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure a receipt is issued to every buying customer, and resolve customer complaints. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide bagging and wrapping for all purchases to ensure safe transportation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Comply to procedures regarding issuing voucher, gift cards and promotions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain a clean workspace.
