Must be able to know well promotion of the season and promote to customer
Aggressively promote membership to customer
Participating in the day-to-day running of the shop.
Keeping the shop and displays clean and tidy at all times and maintaining 5's standard at showroom.
Excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times (including smiling & greeting).
Ensure any issues concerning customer feedback are reported to the Sales Leader/ Branch Executive/ Branch Manager.
Product knowledge (including specification).
Cooperation and communication with superior and colleagues.
