Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM qualification
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a related field
• Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures
• Undertake or participate in ad-hoc projects and other relevant duties as assigned from time to time
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Computer literate with the ability to perform accurate data entry
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Familiarity with electronic equipment (cash register, scanner, cashier counter) is an added advantage
• Willing to work in the Gunung Rapat area

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon entering or leaving the establishment and provide friendly, polite service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper grooming standards and always serve with a smile
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the cash register
• Scan goods, collect payments, issue receipts, provide change, or process credit card slips
• Carefully bag customer purchases in plastic or reusable bags
• Make sales referrals, cross-sell products, and introduce new items to customers (for Cafe cashiers)
• Perform daily sales count before leaving and record all transactions in the Cash Office
• Comply with store safety operation rules and regulations
• Maintain housekeeping standards, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health & safety measures at the checkout area
• Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures
• Undertake or participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned from time to time
