Immediate Hiring for Cashier F & B Restaurant

We are looking for individuals who have a good knowledge of food & beverage, a team player and enjoys to great guests with outstanding service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant. Take customer orders accurately either at the counter or via phone. Process payments through cash, credit/debit cards and other digital methods. Issue receipts, refunds or exchanges as per restaurant policies. Ensure cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of shift. Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations when requested. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier and front counter area. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the supervisor or manager as needed. Assist in packaging takeout or delivery orders. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
