Immediate Hiring for Cashier F & B Restaurant

We are looking for individuals who have a good knowledge of food & beverage, a team player and enjoys to great guests with outstanding service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

.

Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy. Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily cashier tables, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitising. Maintain a neat and clean cashier area. Stay up to date on any menu changes and daily specials. Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed. Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code. Must know how to handle POS system & Payment Handling with petty cash record Able to assist bar during non peak / peak hour Daily closing and opening shift Must know basic account and excel

Requirements

Fresh graduate and entry-level is encourage to apply Training provided Able to work shifts, on weekends and Public Holiday Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner Excellent personal skills with a friendly attitude Great communication skills Positive and approachable manner
