Job Description

Customer Service

:

Key Responsibilities

:

Greet customers warmly upon arrival. Provide excellent service by assisting with clients Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure a pleasant dining experience for all clients.

Payment Processing

:

Accurately process all forms of payment (cash,QR Payment & Vircle Card) using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Issue receipts and process refunds when necessary. Balance the cash register and ensure all transactions are accounted for at the end of the shift.

Order Management

:

Take customer orders and input them into the system. Verify the accuracy of orders before processing payments. Ensure proper communication with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.

Cash Handling & Record Keeping

:

Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change. Keep track of cash, Vircle card, and other payment types. Maintain accurate records of transactions and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

Inventory Management

:

Assist in monitoring inventory levels of food and beverage supplies. Communicate with kitchen and bar staff about low stock or any item shortages.

Cleanliness & Organization

:

Maintain a clean and organized cashier station. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure cleanliness in the work environment. Ensure proper stock of receipt paper and other cashier-related supplies.

Team Collaboration

:

Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations. Support other departments in tasks when needed, including serving customers or assisting in restocking.

Skills & Qualifications

:

Education

: High school diploma or equivalent. Further education or certifications in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

Experience

: Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, or food and beverage roles is preferred.

Skills

:

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions. Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and payment processing. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
