This includes organizing social networking events for them to connect with other customers who share similar interests and running events where experts share their knowledge on drinks and food pairings. With 1000+ liquor brands and 2500+ brands in all categories, which also includes tobacco, chocolate, perfume, cosmetics, and skincare, we have the highest number of brands in the entire Malaysian Duty-Free Industry. ACCOUNTABILITY \xc2\xb7 Responsible for all payment transactions, operating the scanners, scales, cash registers, and any other electronics. \xc2\xb7 Greet customers, answer their questions, helping them to locate items, and providing advice or recommendations. \xc2\xb7 Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales. \xc2\xb7 Ensure customer purchase quota (custom policy) are complied. \xc2\xb7 Accept payments and return the correct change due as necessary for cash payments, processing refunds and exchanges, and ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate. \xc2\xb7 Ensure a receipt is issued to every buying customer, and resolve customer complaints. \xc2\xb7 Provide bagging and wrapping for all purchases to ensure safe transportation. \xc2\xb7 Comply to procedures regarding issuing voucher, gift cards and promotions. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a clean workspace. • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:
