Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
Operate the cash register/POS system to process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, e-wallets).
Issue receipts, refunds, or change accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.
Assist in managing daily cash balancing and preparing end-of-shift reports.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints courteously.
Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth order flow.
Qualifications:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is an advantage.
Basic math skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Honest, reliable, and willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred:
6 months to 1 year of experience in the F&B or retail industry.
Familiarity with POS systems and e-wallet transactions.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
