Job Description
To succeed as a cashier, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service. Cashier Responsibilities:
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
- Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
- Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
- Meal provided
- Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Post-Graduate (Preferred)
- Cashier: 1 year (Preferred)
