Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Accurately process sales transactions using POS system with various payment methods. Perform daily opening and closing duties. Maintain accurate cash register balance. Assist customers with inquiries and complaints professionally. Perform ad-hoc task given by supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have:

Prior experience in customer service, cashiering and POS systems. Prior experience in using AutoCount system. Ability to handle high-volume transactions during peak hours.

Job Type:

Full Time, 6 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm , Sat 9am - 5pm)
