• Interact with customers face to face to receive and process all of Ria\xe2\x80\x99s products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency.
• Accurately verify or enter the customer\xe2\x80\x99s information on our systems.
• Courteously assist customers with various inquiries such as questions about our services, service cancellations or other Ria locations.
• Recognize problems, issues or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escalate to the management team.
• Keep up to date with Ria\xe2\x80\x99s products, services, and policies.
• Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.
• Prepare your daily transactions record.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested by your colleagues and superiors.

What we will look for you to have:

• Fresh graduate with SPM and above
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Some computer knowledge with ability to use MS Word and Excel.
• Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• A valid work permit is a must.
