Position: Cashier
Salary: RM1,700 + Allowances
Working Days: 6 working days (based on schedule)
Working Hours:

3 shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM / 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (8 hours per shift) 2 shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12 hours per shift)
Location: Stesen Petronas NKVE Subang, KM15.2 Lebuh Raya NKVE, Plaza Tol Subang, 47301 Kelana Jaya, Selangor

Job Scope

1) Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs
2) Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
3) Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions using the POS system
4) Issue receipts, handle refunds, and process exchanges when necessary
5) Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report discrepancies
6) Restock shelves and ensure product availability
7) Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor of low stock
8) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
9) Support team members during busy periods and promotional events
10) Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
11) Adhere to cash handling and confidentiality standards

Benefits

2) RM50 monthly allowance
3) Night shift allowance of RM3 - RM5 per night

Preferred Qualifications

1) SPM or equivalent qualification
2) Basic math and computer skills
3) Good communication and interpersonal skills
4) Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
5) Responsible, honest, and a team player
