Job Details

Position: Cashier
Salary: RM1,700
Working Days: 6 working days (based on schedule)

3 Shifts:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (8 hours)

2 Shifts:

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12 hours)

Stesen Petronas NKVE Subang, KM15.2 Lebuh Raya NKVE, Plaza Tol Subang, 47301 Kelana Jaya, Selangor

We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Cashier to join our client's team at Petronas NKVE Subang.
This role requires someone who can deliver excellent service, handle transactions accurately, and support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

1) Greet customers warmly and offer assistance when needed.
2) Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
3) Process payments accurately, including cash, card, and digital transactions using the POS system.
4) Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges when required.
5) Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.
6) Assist in restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
7) Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor of low-stock items.
8) Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashier counter.
9) Support team members during busy periods such as peak hours or promotions.
10) Follow company procedures, safety rules, and security practices.
11) Ensure proper cash handling and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

1) Minimum SPM or equivalent
2) Able to work on shift rotation
3) Friendly, responsible, and trustworthy
4) Basic math and customer service skills
