Requirements

• No specific education requirement (training will be provided).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Work location : KL/Klang Valley
• Working hour 9am-9pm

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently handle cash and Touch 'n Go (TNG) e-wallet transactions.
• Maintain proper cash records and ensure shift-end balances are correct.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers at the counter.
• Handle customer inquiries and assist with basic menu-related questions.
• Ensure the cashier counter remains clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
• Report any payment discrepancies or technical issues immediately to the supervisor or manager.
• Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
