Responsibility (What you will do on daily basis):
Interact with customers face to face to receive and process all of Ria\xe2\x80\x99s products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency.
Accurately verify or enter the customer\xe2\x80\x99s information on our systems.
Courteously assist customers with various inquiries such as questions about our services, service cancellations or other Ria locations.
Recognize problems, issues or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escalate to the management team.
Keep up to date with Ria\xe2\x80\x99s products, services, and policies.
Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.
Prepare your daily transactions record.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested by your colleagues and superiors.
Requirements (What we will look for you to have):
Fresh graduate with SPM and above.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
Some computer knowledge with ability to use MS Word and Excel.
Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
Your positive attitude and effective communication skills will be essential to work alongside your team members and create outstanding services for the customers.
