Job Description


  • Able and willing to work on shifts including morning and evening shift on weekends / public holidays.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in English and Good command in Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Preference will be given to candidates available for an immediate start.
Responsibilities
  • Invoice management (invalidation, collection management, etc.)
  • Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Checking for accuracy in reports and figures.
  • Keep a thorough record of business sales and enter data from daily sales into the company\'s system.
  • Petty cash management operations. (Change exchange, etc.)
  • Liaise with CIT (cash-in-transit) service to turn over cash to savings/ order for loose change.
  • Ensure all POS device user closing and submit daily settlement report on time.
  • Assist Tenant & cashier with POS system/ credit card terminal issue.
  • Deal with bank/payment service provider to process refund requested from customers.
  • Identify and communicate any cashiering system related issues to management promptly.
