Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily opening and closing duties. Accurately process all sales transactions using the POS system with various payment methods (cash, QR pay, debit/credit cards). Maintain accurate cash register balance. Assist customers with inquiries and complaints professionally.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Detail-oriented. Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have:

Prior experienced in cashier and POS systems. Prior experience in retail, or customer service. Ability to handle high-volume transactions during peak hours.

Job Type:

Full Time, 6 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm , Sat 9am - 5pm)
