Job Description
Job Responsibility Provide outstanding and enthusiastic customer service at all times. Attend to customer requests, needs, and inquiries regarding all our Club\'s offerings. Restore and replenish workstation supplies after every customer, ensuring the Club\'s cleanliness is maintained at all times. Handle customer complaints calmly and tactfully. Work as a team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Club. Job Requirements Preferably with 1 year of working experience in a hotel and/or other hospitality-related field At least possess SPM or equivalent Able to work on shift Passionate, hardworking, initiative, and trustworthy worker Can speak, read and write in English To be able speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantages Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply Job Benifits KWSP, SOCSO Overtime allowance Uniform provided Monthly incentives
