Requirements

• Must be able to work 6 days per week
• Must be able to work on Public Holidays and weekend
• Must be able to commit rotational shift as shopping operating hour

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute payment transaction including cash, and debit/credit card
• Must be able to know well promotion of the season and promote to customer
• Aggressively promote membership to customer
• Participating in the day-to-day running of the shop.
• Keeping the shop and displays clean and tidy at all times and maintaining 5's standard at showroom.
• Excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times (including smiling & greeting).
• Ensure any issues concerning customer feedback are reported to the Sales Leader/ Branch Executive/ Branch Manager.
• Product knowledge (including specification).
• Cooperation and communication with superior and colleagues.
