- Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them to order food, and providing advice or recommendations.
- Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer.
- Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
- Checking the food to ensure the food presentation and cleanliness.
- Following all company procedures regarding membership and discounts.
