About the role

Pizza Medira' is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Cashier/Bartender to join our team in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. This full-time position will involve managing the cash register, providing exceptional customer service, and preparing a variety of beverages. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Operate the cash register to process customer payments accurately and efficiently Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring all customers are greeted warmly and their needs are met promptly Prepare a range of beverages, coffee, sparkling adhering to standardised. Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and in good condition Assist with other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the restaurant

What we're looking for

Previous experience working as a Cashier or Bartender in a restaurant, bar or similar hospitality setting Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle cash accurately Knowledge of common beverage preparation techniques and recipes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive, team-oriented attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile for customers
