Job Description

Key Responsibilities Cashier/Runner:

Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service. Handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately, including issuing receipts, refunds, or exchanges. Collect payments at the counter or directly from customers when needed. Provide support in handling register funds, including float preparation and end-of-shift reconciliation. Support daily outlet operations such as ushering, delivering orders, and assisting customers promptly. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Help with stocking items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service flow. Work with team members across outlets to ensure consistent service quality. Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and uphold service standards.
*Notes:

Shift-based schedule (including weekends and public holidays). Overtime applicable after 7.5 hours (standard 10-hour shifts expected). Midnight shift allowance provided. Salary can reach RM3,000+ with a 26-day work schedule (10 hours per day).
