Take accurate food & beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests politely.
Cashiering duties (opening/closing cash register).

Prepare basic drinks/food items according to company standards.
Ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation meet SOP.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness
Assist in stock checking, replenishment, and receiving inventory.
