Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS



Operate cashless payment systems (QR, e-wallet, card transactions) Greet and assist customers, upselling when appropriate Maintain cashier counter and shop floor cleanliness Assist in product receiving, stock arrangement, and inventory count Assist in monthly stock take and ensure accurate reporting. Ensure proper shift handovers and accurate cashless reporting Accurately key in supplier invoices into the system for stock tracking Restock items on shelves and ensure proper product arrangement Refill and maintain vending machines with sufficient inventory Monitor product expiry dates and assist in stock rotation Any other task assigned by management from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS



Minimum SPM qualification

Retail sales experience is an advantage

Service oriented with pleasant personality

Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.

Good communication skills.

Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
