Job Description


: Main KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is to drive Cross Border performance and business growth of a product category in Shopee Work with various stakeholders to develop, implement and execute the growth strategy for the category, including the Seller Management teams (based in various countries), Regional Function teams (such as Logistics, Product, Payment, Warehouse etc.) and Local teams (such as Marketing, Operations, Business Development etc.) Continuously analyse the internal and external environment to ensure that Cross Border sellers in the category under management remain highly competitive in relation to the market Develop, implement and execute seller programs, initiatives, and promotion strategies to drive Cross Border business growth of the category under management Requirements: Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with internal stakeholders across the various countries Bachelor\'s Degree in any field, with at least 2 years of working experience Prior working experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development and e-commerce is a plus Hardworking, disciplined and possess a strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including sensitivity to data Strong communications skills and stakeholder management to manage senior stakeholders from various seller offices, regional teams, and local teams Basic competency in PowerPoint and Excel software for presentations and analysis
