Summary Salary: Competitive Team: Planning and Retail Operations Location: Malaysia - Global Development Campus, Johor Bahru

Overview

Responsible for defining and executing activities independently to ensure business processes are developed, optimized and integrated with business and functions they are working with and deliver with the most effective way.

Plays a key roles within and cross functional team and works collaboratively with teams for continuously improve on all areas.

Establish opportunity to build up the level of communication and collaboration in all ways.

Lead, provide guidance and motivate the team to work more effectively to deliver business strategy and direction.

Accountabilities

Resolve escalated supply issues (component + Capacity).

Define load balancing strategies between CMs and Lines

Determine Operating Strategy

Provide leadership for delivering Supply planning results.

Provide leadership to reduce/eliminate touches in the planning processes.

Risk and issue management including effective and timely escalation, create executive summary and present with data fact analysis for decisions making.

• Degree or relevant discipline
• At least 7 - 10 years of working experience in manufacturing. At least 5 years in planning and with management skills.
• Computer Skill (MS office ), Kinaxis , basic Tableau/Power BI.
• In depth knowledge on Planning system using SAP IBP/Ariba and the functionality.
• Possessing a positive attitude, respect, self-Motivated, self-confidence, independent, responsible, high adaptability, and flexibility, Honest and integrity, Loyalty, fairness. Transparent.
