Job description

Join one of the leading FMCG as a Category Marketing Manager, taking care of one of their chilled portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of activation strategies.
• Drive category development through planogram, merchandising, and POSM management.
• Conduct post-evaluation for all trade activities and channel programs.
• Support NPD through integration of trade plans to ensure sales targets are met.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or relevant.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in a trade marketing or category marketing role within FMCG.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an added advantage).
• Prior experience in managing Chilled products or similar.
• Has strong analytical skills and business acumen.
