Job Description
Job scope
Identify clients' catering requirements and expectations for each event. Organize catering schedules and logistics. Manage and train internal staff and external decoration or catering crews. Oversee setup, service, teardown, and cleanup operations. Liaise with clients during events, handle requests, and manage potential issues on-site. Prepare post-event reports to evaluate the effectiveness and overall client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Outstanding organizational skills. Diligence and attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication. Physical stamina and high energy levels. Good problem-solving skills. Ability to perform under stress. Excellent multitasking ability.
Must have own transportation (car) come to work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
