Identify clients' catering requirements and expectations for each event.
Organize catering schedules and logistics.
Manage and train internal staff and external decoration or catering crews.
Oversee setup, service, teardown, and cleanup operations.
Liaise with clients during events, handle requests, and manage potential issues on-site.
Prepare post-event reports to evaluate the effectiveness and overall client satisfaction.
