Requirements

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of catering events, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations according to event layouts.
• Handle food preparation and serving tasks, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless event execution, communicating clearly and supporting colleagues as needed.
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes, prioritizing responsibilities to meet event deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces, including clearing tables, disposing of waste, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and conduct guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations according to event layouts and client specifications.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper food handling techniques and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and anticipating their needs throughout the event.
• Work collaboratively with other event crew members to ensure seamless event execution, including coordinating tasks and communicating effectively.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes, prioritizing tasks based on event needs and urgency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces, including clearing tables, disposing of trash, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces after the event, including packing up equipment, removing decorations, and restoring the venue to its original condition.
