Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in F&B or catering operations
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems on the spot
• Customer-focused and service-oriented
• Physically fit and able to work in fast-paced event environments
• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays if required
• Possessing your own transport is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering setup, service flow, and teardown on-site
• Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and service teams for smooth event execution
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met
• Act as the main point of contact for clients during events
• Manage and train part-time or service staff when needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during events
• Monitor stock, equipment, and supplies related to catering service
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times
