Requirements
Experience:

• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
• Previous experience in a similar role, such as security monitoring, is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with modern surveillance systems and software.

Skills:

• Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and associated technologies.
• Strong observational and analytical skills to identify potential threats.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Other Requirements:

• Physically and mentally fit to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Work location : Taman Shamelin Perkasa

Responsibilities
Monitoring & Surveillance:

• Operate and monitor all surveillance systems, including cameras, and associated equipment, to ensure continuous security coverage.

Incident Response & Reporting:

• Respond promptly to boss, alerts or emergencies, escalating issues to the appropriate personnel or law enforcement agencies.
• Prepare detailed reports of incidents, including time-stamped footage, for internal use or legal proceedings.

System Maintenance:

• Conduct routine checks on CCTV equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Coordinate with technical support teams for repairs or upgrades as required.

Access Control Support:

• Monitor entry and exit points to verify the identity of individuals accessing restricted areas.
• Maintain records of security breaches or unauthorized access attempts.

Compliance & Training:

• Ensure compliance with data protection laws, privacy regulations, and company security policies.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new surveillance technologies and protocols.
