- Handling inbound call and email enquiry for prepaid and postpaid Digi customer
- Handling general enquiry such as billing or roaming services inquiry from customer.
- Assist in resolve customer issue regarding Digi services
- Upselling or cross-selling or promoting Digi product and services when customer enquiry about the promotion and services during phone call
- Basic Salary
- Shift allowance & Transportation allowance- Up to RM500 (Based on Shift)
- OT claim
- Attractive Performance Incentive- up to 1250 (Based on KPI achieved)
