You'll be responsible for the outlet's daily business operations which include sales, customer service, image and logistics.
What's Your Mission
Primary Role
1) To take full responsibility in day to day operations and management (CIS system) of the outlet according to the Company's standards.
2) To achieve and meet sales targets set by the Company by actively executing the approved sales and marketing strategies.
3) Ensure the outlet is operating according to the SOP set by the Company (10 good management criteria)
4) Product management which including ordering, receiving, display , price changes, handling demanded products and return, etc.
5) To ensure daily bank in of sales report payment.
Secondary Role
1) To carry out routines operations in accordance to SOP including opening & closing, handling sales money and card payment, cashiering, and maintaining a safe and clean outlet environment.
2) To provide excellent customer service, sales assistance and perform cashier duties, as well as, to ensure accurate sales reporting including inventory control.
3) To maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop at HQ.
4) To attend customers' inquiries and provide customer service in meeting their expectations, in addition to that, to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
5) To approach new customers and provide products information.
6) To support the company's events occasionally.
7) To perform other ad hoc duties as when required.
Requirements
SPM holder and above
Pleasant personality
Physical effort required to perform the job/ task- walking/ standing, lifting, pulling/ pushing.
Have good health.
Ability in doing sales will be an added advantage.
Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
