Assist in onboarding new parents and students into the learning community.
Explain program offerings clearly and help recommend suitable learning pathways.
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents as their main point of contact.
Engage regularly with families to create a supportive and connected community.
Program & Event Coordination
Assist in planning and running activities such as trial classes, workshops, sharing sessions, and community events.
Support internal programs, including competitions and special learning events.
Work closely with instructors to monitor students' progress and follow up with parents.
Manage class payment collection and handle related administrative tasks.
Operations & Administration
Handle general admin duties such as onboarding emails, data entry, research, and student records.
Ensure all information is accurately maintained and updated in the system.
Act as the relationship coordinator for students and parents, ensuring smooth communication.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Independent, responsible, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
Nice to Have
Interest in technology, coding, or engineering is an advantage.
Willing to learn and contribute to developing digital skills in young learners.
Experience in teaching, tutoring, or training is a plus.
