Central Control Dispatching Officer (johor)
Job Description
Job Responsibility Manage transportation operations for day and night shifts, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate capacity allocation based on parcel quantities, optimizing routes to accommodate real-time needs. Facilitate daily transport arrangements, liaising with affiliated car companies (suppliers) and nationwide branches to meet service requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of vehicle usage per unit, proactively resolving issues to meet customer demands within set timelines. Assist in data preparation for daily performance reports, identifying and addressing operational challenges to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide recommendations to management for process improvements. Perform other work as designated by the company or superior.
