1. Be responsible for the management of coal blending scheme implementation, and take full responsibility for quality accidents caused by poor implementation. 2. Be responsible for contacting the coal distribution workers, loading and filling the coal according to the sequence required for coal blending, and recording and filing. 3. Be familiar with coal blending process operation and improve quality parameter skill control.
