Responsibilities:
1. Managing Purchases of Raw Material
a. To cross check quantity, quality and item description of incoming deliveries against Purchase Orders issued;
b. To check expiration dates of incoming deliveries;
c. To update stock cards in order to ensure stock balances in the store are correct at any given time;
d. To check with the production team on a daily basis on the usage of raw materials in order to plan and forecast weekly raw material usage.
2. Managing Outgoing Deliveries
a. To cross check quantity, quality and item description of outgoing deliveries against Purchase Orders received;
b. To update completed Purchase Orders in the system;
c. To coordinate with inhouse and third-party logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Managing the Central Kitchen's Maintenance and Cleanliness
a. To coordinate with in-house and third-party maintenance technicians;
b. To supervise and ensure work is completed in a timely manner before signing off work/service orders;
c. To ensure operations comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Halal and local regulations.
4. Procurement of New Suppliers
a. To help with the sourcing and onboarding of new suppliers for new/substitute items.
5. Any Other Duties That May Arise or Assigned By:
a. Central Kitchen Head;
b. Management.
Requirements:
1. 3-5 years in a Central Kitchen or Food Production environment;
2. Familiar with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 and Halal standards;
3. Familiar with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 and Halal standards;

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
