Central Kitchen Production Crew

Job Description
- Prepare production according to the company\'s quality standards. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout food preparation.
- Ensure that all preparations are prepared in accordance with the central kitchen\'s recipes, guidelines, and timelines.
- \xe2\x81\xa0Adhere and ensure HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) system is practiced
- Assist in stock ordering
- \xe2\x81\xa0Adherence of food safety standards to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Such as chiller temperature, food storage, personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Able to work in a team
- Work closely with Central Kitchen Manager to identify and implement opportunities that would help improve the production processes.
- Ensure all items ordered by outlets are being prepared and packed accordingly to be delivered to individual outlets.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management
