Job Description

Responsibilities



Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes, production schedules, and quality standards. Assist in cooking, portioning, and packaging food for distribution to outlets. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of ingredients (FIFO method). Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely (e.g. mixers, ovens, fryers, chillers). Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisor of shortages or damaged goods. Support daily production targets and ensure timely delivery to outlets. Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and food safety guidelines (e.g. HACCP / Halal requirements). Assist in receiving and checking incoming raw materials or supplies. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Central Kitchen Supervisor or Chef.

Requirements



Malaysian 18 years old Experience in food preparation, catering, or F&B production is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
