Assist in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.
Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain optimal inventory.
Efficient and effective procurement of sufficient stocks to meet the needs of department's operations.
Track purchase orders and shipments to align with production schedules and inventory needs.
Follow up on delays or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
To prepare & constantly conduct periodic clearance cycle count which include disposal of damaged stocks (haven't recorded in system).
To co-ordinate and undertake stocks take exercise with Finance or Inventory.
To ensure all billing & charging documentation tallies (cost price) before submitted to Support Office Finance as deadline given.
To perform any other duties which is related as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the Retail & Trade industry.
