We are looking for a motivated, dynamic B (Service Scheduler / Planner) to join our team based out of our offices in various locations. Your responsibilities will be to plan customer's service appointment, assigned and coordinate with serve team to create optimal service schedule.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Documents verification on the 2nd level
To do iCABS Entry for Contract, Job, Product Sales, Trial, PI, Renewal/Change of mode of billing (MOB), Termination/Reduction/Conversion/Product Delivery
Print out & process residential contract from apps (include process visit rejection - outcard)
Extend or Reject Trial (As per branch request)
Cancel Contract/Job/Product Sales (As per branch request)
Update account management details for new customers
Create new user for MyRentokil or MyInitial for new sales
Inform branch after sales entry by Google Drive (Installation & Removal)
To perform weekly sales statistics check
Process approved CN & DN if attached with termination/reduction form (TRF) only.
Add in removal (RM) plan for any new job (Include suspend new job for PC/HY)
To update lead conversion into Google Drive
To perform month end sales closing
