The Administrator is responsible for managing daily front desk operations, patient administration, scheduling, billing support, and general office administration to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the physiotherapy centre.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Patient Management
Greet and register patients professionally upon arrival.
Manage patient appointments, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Handle patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Maintain and update patient records accurately and confidentially.
Coordinate patient flow and assist therapists with daily schedules.
2. Billing, Payments & Claims
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Process payments via cash, card, QR, and company billing.
Assist in insurance, panel clinic, and company medical claims submission.
Track outstanding payments and follow up when required.
3. Administrative & Office Support
Manage daily administrative paperwork and documentation.
Ensure proper filing (physical and digital).
Assist in e-invoice, claims documentation, and audit preparation when required.
Order office and clinical supplies and monitor stock levels.
4. Operations & Compliance Support
Support centre operations and ensure SOPs are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of reception and waiting area.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily attendance, sales summary, and basic operation reports.
Liaise with therapists, management, vendors, and HQ team.
Assist in promotions, campaigns, and patient follow-ups.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
