Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in students and visitors professionally.
Understand student needs and recommend appropriate language courses.
Handle phone, email, and WhatsApp enquiries.
Follow up on leads and maintain student records.
Assist in managing class schedules, teacher coordination, and student communication.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment.
Collect and process course fees and issue receipts.
Support marketing efforts like open houses or demo sessions.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
