Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented

Center Assistant cum Course Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, consult prospective students on suitable language courses, and support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the center.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist walk-in students and visitors professionally. Understand student needs and recommend appropriate language courses. Handle phone, email, and WhatsApp enquiries. Follow up on leads and maintain student records. Assist in managing class schedules, teacher coordination, and student communication. Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment. Collect and process course fees and issue receipts. Support marketing efforts like open houses or demo sessions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
