About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

to lead and expand the operations of a renowned international food & beverage franchise with more than

2,500 stores worldwide

. The CEO will be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring sustainable growth across diverse and competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

: Define and execute the vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy for global operations.

Operational Oversight

: Lead day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and brand consistency across all franchise stores.

Market Expansion

: Drive international growth initiatives, including new market entries, partnerships, and franchise development.

Financial Stewardship

: Oversee budgets, P&L, and investment decisions to maximize shareholder value.

Supply Chain & Procurement

: Manage supplier relationships, procurement, logistics, and warehousing to ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery.

Investment & Risk Management

: Research and formulate overseas investment strategies, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.

Stakeholder Engagement

: Represent the company with investors, partners, regulators, and franchisees worldwide.

Team & Culture Building

: Build and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus.

Global Representation

: Participate in major domestic and international commercial and government conferences/events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above; MBA preferred. Minimum

15 years of leadership experience

, with at least

8 years in executive management

roles within food & beverage, retail, or franchise industries. Proven success in leading large-scale, multi-country operations and driving business expansion. Strong ability to

communicate fluently in English and Mandarin

(mandatory for HQ and regional communication). Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder relations. Energetic, resilient, and decisive leader with strong execution capability. High integrity, professionalism, and multicultural sensitivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM40,000.00 - RM70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
