Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Services, or Construction Management.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Language Skills: Mandarin fluency is essential. You must be able to communicate effectively and handle documentation in both English and Mandarin to support our diverse regional stakeholders.
The Right Mindset: A proactive individual with a "business-consultant" mindset rather than a "site-contractor" mindset.
Language Requirement: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and business owners).

Manage National Accreditation Standards: Oversee the end-to-end accreditation process for specialist companies. You will review submissions, coordinate with technical assessors, and ensure the highest standards of industry integrity.
Strategic Industry Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for Prefab MEP specialists. You will build high-level relationships and facilitate workshops, seminars, and "Learning Journeys" to promote best practices.
Flagship Event Management: Play a key supporting role in organizing our major Annual Prefab MEP Industry Dinner, engaging with senior leaders and decision-makers in the built environment sector.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work seamlessly within a digital-first team in Malaysia while reporting to the Senior Manager in Singapore.
